Fish injector ANR 68 and ANR 440
Injectors ANR 68 and 440 are a machines for injection brine into the fish meat through a needle. Can be used for injection of fish carcasses and fish fillets. The suitable design of injection needle guide, prevents from damagingof delicate fish meat. The pumps allow for adjusting the pressure from 0.1 to2.5 bar, and the possibility of precise adjustment , prevent from tearing of the muscle. Furthermore, to stability of the injection level comparing to the otherinjectors, the device has a smaller clearance between conveyor belt and the needle head and has 140 mm. Injector ANR 68 is equipped with one needle head and one centrifugal, stainless steel pump, and ANR 440 with twoinjection heads and two centrifugal, stainless steel pumps. . The device is equipped with a microprocessor, which allows to set the selected parametersof the machine, such as of the working conveyor belt, number of tacts andpump efficiency (the amount of pressure on the manometer). Programmedparameters can be stored in the processor memory, which ensures repeatability of the injection process. The machine is equipped with a set of sieves to allow pre-cleaning of the brine, but also is designed to work with slotted rotating filterwith high precision of the filtering. We recommend such a solution, which guarantees the efficiency of the whole process.
